1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners. International shipping will be introduced soon — updates will be posted on our website and social channels.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, strikes, or weather conditions beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.
- A standard delivery fee may apply for orders below this amount, shown at checkout.
- COD may be available for select locations with an additional handling charge.
5. Order Tracking
After shipment, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking ID and courier details. Track via the courier website or your Norrel account dashboard. Contact us if you face tracking issues.
6. Packaging & Handling
All Norrel jewelry is packed in our signature luxury boxes with protective layers to prevent transit damage. Each parcel is sealed and quality-checked before dispatch.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Contact us at support@norrel.shop with your order number.
- We will coordinate with the courier to provide an update or resolution.
For courier-verified lost shipments, we will resend your order or issue a full refund.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Norrel will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer. If a return occurs due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping costs may apply.
9. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Cancel before shipment by emailing support@norrel.shop with your order number. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled and will fall under our Return & Exchange Policy.
